A Very Drunk Girl

Alex Frishberg

$29.00

Details

This belongs to the Miami paintings, made after the revolution and the war, after my business stopped and my marriage ended, when I had gone to my mother's city to lick my wounds. That set turned into bitter social commentary — very drunk girls, imprisonment, isolation, morality in today's society. It is not a flattering picture, and it was not meant to be.
